Child & Adolescent Psychologist
Dr. Levy is a clinical psychologist registered in Ontario. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. from York University and completed her doctoral internships at the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre. Over the past ten years, Dr. Levy has provided psychoeducational and diagnostic assessments and treatment to children and youth in hospital and community-based settings.
At Bright Lights, Dr. Levy specializes in conducting psychoeducational assessments and treating mental health challenges such as: anxiety, mood-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, emotion regulation and complex trauma. Her approach combines techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
