Dr. Ismaili is the Coordinator of Academic Services at a Bright Lights Psychology Clinic, bringing extensive experience in research, teaching, and program development. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Tirana, Albania, where her dissertation focused on parental interaction and children’s temperament.
Over the past decade, she has worked internationally in both academic and applied settings, including roles as an Assistant Professor and Research Consultant. Her expertise includes child and adolescent well-being, educational psychology, and program evaluation. In addition to her academic background, she has contributed to research projects on mental health, diversity, and social development. She has published and presented widely on child development, parenting, and education, with a focus on bridging the scientific research and classroom practice.
At Bright Lights, Dr. Ismaili coordinates evidence-based academic interventions delivered for students who face school challenges. Her expertise lies in assessing learning needs, analyzing data, and creating tailored strategies that support children and adolescents in overcoming barriers to learning.
