School and Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Musabelliu is a school and clinical psychologist registered in Ontario. She completed her doctoral studies at OISE/University of Toronto in School and Clinical Child Psychology. She has held positions and received clinical training at OISE Psychology Clinic, Toronto Catholic District School Board, and Surrey Place Center.

At Bright Lights, Dr. Musabelliu specializes in conducting psychological, socio-emotional, and gifted assessments, individual therapy for children and adolescents, as well as consultation for parents. Dr. Musabelliu provides evidence-based treatment tailored to the unique strengths and needs of each child while helping them cope with psychological and mental health concerns, such as ADHD, stress, anxiety, mood, and behavioural challenges. She integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches in her work with children that best suits their needs, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and play-based. Given her extensive experience in the school board setting for more than five years, she helps families navigate the educational system when making decisions regarding school and program placement. 

Dr. Musabelliu strives to provide culturally sensitive services and assure that the needs of her clients are being met. She is fluent in English, Albanian, and Italian.
